In addition to scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email reminder. Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment to avoid being charged for the session. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please send an email to your counselor to cancel or reschedule your session as soon as possible. In the event you cancel the session less than 24 hrs in advance, clients will be billed accordingly. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
